I
believe that the Lord Jesus Christ,
the Son of God, died on the cross for
our sins; so that He might save us
from an eternity in Hell. I
believe that He rose from the grave,
and that He lives today in our hearts
- if we let Him in.
(John 3:16 -
For God so loved the world, that He
gave His only begotten Son, that
whosoever believeth in Him should not
perish, but have everlasting life.)
I
believe that Jesus gave His life for
us, stayed on that cross and
suffered for us because He loved
us so. We did not take His life
from Him because we do not have that
power. He laid down His life for
us because that's what He chose to do
to save us.
(John 10:17,
18 - Therefore doth my Father love Me,
because I lay down My life, that I
might take it again.
No man taketh
it from Me, but I lay it down of
Myself. I have power to lay it
down, and I have power to take it
again. This commandment have I
received of My Father.)
All
we have to do is accept Him and
believe in Him.
(Romans 10:9 -
That if thou shalt confess with thy
mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt
believe in thine heart that God hath
raised him from the dead, thou shalt
be saved.)
I
believe the Lord Jesus has been
gracious enough to save me from my
sins. What do you believe?
Are you saved? If you died
today, do you know where you would
spend eternity? If you're not
sure, then please, please give your
heart to God today. He loves
you, and He wants you to spend
eternity with Him.
